Welcome to the Heritage Lake Estates HOA website!

The Heritage Lake Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) and the Heritage Lake Estates neighborhood was established in Brazos County, TX in 2014. Heritage Lake Meadows was established in 2022, and subsequently became a part of Heritage Lake Estates in 2023. We are located outside of city limits, east of the Bryan/College Station area in Brazos County, TX.

If you are new to our neighborhood, the HOA Board of Directors welcome you and your family. We hope you find this a great place to live. This website is one of the ways we provide information to our members. Please visit often, and share your ideas on ways to make it better!
